Project Overview: Remodel Kitchen

• Demo existing kitchen, including open 2 walls
• Install new vent for hood – re-install exterior siding around to fit
• Relocate all electrical as needed for new layout
• Add new gas connection for range
• Provide and install new matching hardwood – tooth into existing flooring
• Provide and install new cabinetry and crown molding, and modify wainscot to tie into new cabinets
• Paint entire first floor
• Install tile backsplash
